Our first results from The Dutch Microbiome Project are now on bioRxiv! In this project we looked at interactions between gut microbiome, health and disease, and environment in 8,208 Lifelines participants from the Northern Netherlands. Our raw metagenomics data is available at the EGA, while the phenotypes can be requested from the Lifelines biobank.
