In this project we looked at interactions between gut microbiome, health and disease, and environment in 8,208 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifelines.nl\/researcher\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lifelines <\/a>participants from the Northern Netherlands. Our raw metagenomics data is available at the <a href=\"https:\/\/ega-archive.org\/studies\/EGAS00001005027\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EGA<\/a>, while the phenotypes can be requested from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifelines.nl\/researcher\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lifelines biobank<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our first results from The Dutch Microbiome Project are now on bioRxiv!
